Atleast that's who I understood it from what I've read sofar. The second one will make it spawn on the chopper pad Beach. Which ever you get first gives you the hunter on the army base. An ideal way to reach there and access the package is to use a helicopter. It is located on the rooftop of a tall white building with blue stripes.
The hunter will spawn after 2 steps, after completing the story line missions and after getting 100 packages. You can find a hidden package in the south of the Washington Beach Police Station too which is another secret place on the map of GTA Vice City. I've got the one in the police station at washington beach, as well as the ones under the airplanes. There is one that you might have overlooked and that is in the Police Station.Īlso checking out that map (and those people that did that - that is excellent anyway) any way, between No's 93 and 94 there is a Jet sticking out of its hanger - you should find a package under there. I used a different map and directions but i was having problems with it as well.
